We Introduce the Patterson Portal

 

Patterson Homes uses the latest technology of the internet in providing clear and constant communication between buyers, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the building process through what we call the Patterson Portal. It can be accessed from the remote and convenient location of your office or home.

Through our Patterson Portal (a secured site requiring a pass code) our buyers and sub/suppliers can view all necessary construction documents: Plans, Plot Plans, Color Specification Sheet, Change Order(s), Work Equity Addendum, Fireplace Addendum, Photos and Other Documents pertinent to their home. As well they have access to view their own Calendared Jobs, Critical Paths, Bids, Change Orders and Warranty Work.

Communication is everything when building a home. The Patterson Portal provides immediate notice to our buyers and our subcontractors/suppliers of critical path schedule changes, change orders, warranty notices, new home start dates, and projected home completion dates.

Additional key features of the Patterson Portal includes: personal calendars of work to be performed, graphs of work in progress, printing of documents – plans, plot plans, change orders, specification sheets, critical path schedules, bidding modules, etc. as well as instant notices of Company Newsletters, notifications and policy changes- all at your finger tips.

Our Patterson Portal’s critical path scheduling is also a huge benefit to our buyers in understanding the construction process; of what comes next, and who does what. Before excavation each sub-contractor/supplier is notified of an upcoming job, their allowable time lines and specifications giving them advance notice for planning.

Patterson Homes constantly monitors the progress of each home’s schedule. Adjustments are necessary, but rest assured that each home will proceed in a timely manner – and with a realistic projected completion date before it is ever start!
