Meet Dorothy Bell

     Dorothy Bell comes to the Patterson Homes and Real Estate Group with years of Residential Sales & Management Experience. She has been actively licensed in California, Nevada & Utah where she managed and sold real estate. In 2009, she returned to Utah to be surrounded by her family and come to work for Patterson Homes. "I am so honored to be with the Patterson Real Estate Group", Dorothy exclaims, "It is very important for me to align myself with a company who has the same ethics, respect and regard for the customer-Patterson Homes emulates those philosophies."

     Dorothy has received several accolades and designations over her career including 100% club, President's club and Platinum club with ReMax. She is a graduate of the Realtor's Institute (GRI), an Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) Certified New Homes Professional (CSP) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only 5% of Realtors nationwide have obtained the Certified Residential Specialist designation.

     Dorothy's interests include writing, journalism and sports...namely basketball & football.. and she especially has a passion for musical theatre. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her family especially her precious grandchildren.
